Tim Burton is the king of quirky gothic cinema, having produced some wonderfully garish classics such as Beetlejuice, Sleepy Hollow and Edward Scissor Hands. Burton possesses the ability to cast spells on audiences, transporting them into his own unique and eccentric world, like a cinematic wizard. However, some of his more recent films have received mixed reviews.
