The majority of the people don’t know but Cleo Buckman Schwimmer is the 11-year daughter of famous actor David Schwimmer (who played Ross in FRIENDS). She was barely 9 years old back in 2020 when she shaved her head to show her activism.
Her mother Zoe Buckman took it to social media and affirmed that, unlike previous generations, today’s children are actively listening and responding to the chaos in the world.
Cleo Buckman Schwimmer removed her hair in order to send a message to the world that “it’s enough! ” At one side, we were suffering due to COVID-19 and on the other side, Geroge Floyd died in the hands of police. Moreover, the US presidential election was also hitting the gear. She was actively conveying to the world that it’s enough and we need to do something in order to streamline our chaotic lives.
Although Davis Schwimmer and Zoe Buckman have been separated, they equally take part in the parenting of their daughter. We can say that Cloe Buchman Schwimmer got this undying spirit from her parents as there has been multiple instances where the Schwimmer family spotted to raise voice against the cruelty. Many people probably don’t know but David Schwimmer participated in the march which held in regard of #blacklivesmatter back in 2020.
So, Cleo is just following the footsteps of her parents trying to make a difference in this distressed world. We hope that she’ll never stop rising her voice and one day, things will be changed for good.
